Marjal Foundation of the Valencian Community is a private nonprofit foundation of scientific, educational, social, and cultural research, whose board has jurisdiction over all issues relating to the management of the Foundation and is responsible for act in representation of it.
The criteria that governs all actions promoted is the social responsibility. overseeing the development of projects and activities undertaken by the Foundation and ensuring its future viability. Its composition, powers and functions are regulated by the Statutes of the Foundation.
